* The formative purpose shall have an initial focus on business and economic development within Pima County, however the organization may, at its discretion concern itself with statewide or national issues.
* To provide coordination and to advance the common business interests of Southern Arizona. SACCA shall operate as a 'consensus' organization and the voting objection of any member shall have the effect of a veto.
* To serve as a public policy advocacy body on issues which impact the business and economic climate within Southern Arizona.
* To provide a forum and structure for cooperative programs and services that benefit the collective members of the Southern Arizona Chamber of Commerce Alliance (SACCA).
